.we had a party of 14 (7 couples)go in last night ..to much our disappointment ..we ordered the pretzel bites ..sorry out of those ..breaded cauliflower ..sorry out of those
..potato wedges .sorry out of those ..ok could I please have mayo on this particular sandwich ..sorry out of mayo...I know good place to start a restaurant is what we were all thinking ..we all had our drinks but seriously was thinking about just getting up and walking out ..the poor little girl serving our table was highly embarrassed and we kept telling her not her fault ..we asked for a manager she said she told her and she would.be out when our food came out ..the manager delivered the food but didn't say one word until one of our ladies at the table started asking why they were out ..she didn't know why they were short just knew they had been busy ..this was a Monday night ..very few people in there but apparantly busy on sunday ...had we known this ahead of time we would have just left ..this has happened a few times at this store and I have to say we may not ever visit this restaurant again..our bill was 50.00 and that was just ours ..as I said there were 14 of us and each and every one of us feel the same way ..we can go.elsewhere to eat ...seems like someone is dropping the ball in that restaurant and it is a shame ..because we have been giving this store alot of business for awhile now ..
First time visitor at this location. I think I was at the Portland, IN location a long time ago but don't remember much about the experience. Food was excellent. Service was great.
We went early to beat the crowd Saturday. Got seated right away and our order placed. Food came out in an orderly amount of time. Waitress was friendly, however she could have been a little quicker on drink refills. We had sandwiches and onion rings and fries. They were both hot and plentiful. Our friends had salads that were nice sized. They would have liked the lettuce to have been cut smaller, but they were good. Pretty good experience overall.
Sorry but very unhappy with this place anymore
One of my favorite restaurants. I love their parm-garlic fries and wings. The people there are friendly and the food comes out fairly quickly.
Good food, good service. Don't frequent here often because it's a little pricey. Overall, a good place. I do miss the Gyros though.
