We recently purchased 3 bikes and couldn't be more pleased. We would recommend them to everyone. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best bikes for us. It is awesome to have the business in our community. Thank you !!

Smiths is the only place to buy and service your bike. I have been going there since 1982 when I bought my first bike from Bob.

I bought a used bike from them a couple months ago. I had problem after problem with the bike. I ended up sinking more money than I wanted into it. I told them how I felt about it and ho much I had in it. Not only did he refund the money that I initially paid but he give me everything I had in it back! I cannot believe how reasonable they are...I can assure you that this business is honest a can be!

Lost me as a customer forever. We have 13 business locations employ over 200 people, and have had our locks tumbled and keys cut at this locksmith since its been open. Now that ownership has been passed on, and its very clear they don't care about customer satisfaction like they used to. There is a new minimum on how much you can spend at this shop when using a credit card. You have to spend $5 if you want to use a card. Problem is, I need to use a corporate card for my business expenses, and no exception would be made for my situation. I expressed to the lady at the till if they are going to require me to spend more than $5 every time I need to use my corporate card for business transactions I will stop using there business to do work for us. She literally scoffed at me, shrugged her shoulders and told me oh well. My jaw hit the table. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Nearly 30 years worth of service to be disrespected like I'm yesterdays news. I even offered to pay a little more to cover the credit card transaction and I was told no, you have to spend $5 or more. It is obvious these people don't understand that every aspect of business is a percent of sales, and if you are paying credit card processing fees that are too high, then you either try to renegotiate processing fees, or figure out a way to offset the percentage of sales, a business should certainly not not seek out an offset by punish your customers, telling them you have to spend $5 or else. Give me a break.. I know I'm not the only person out there who thinks like this. I avoid multiple businesses because of minimum required purchase amounts. It's practically a cashless society, get with it. Even in my business we receive as much as 50% + in credit card sales daily. I couldn't imagine the amount of losses we would experience if I started requiring minimums for credit card use.

I called before I went to get a key made for my safe. After driving 40 minutes to get there he insisted on me to leave my safe there. I wouldn't do that so he turned me away because they were getting ready to close soon. I was not able to make an appointment for a later day. His resolve was for me to come back around 5 another day but they close at 6 which would be the same situation. smh- I wasted over an hour of round trip driving to go there.
