Stay away from this company !!! Don't even trust a oil change !!
I took my 2010 camaro for an oil change there.I gave them the keys so pull my car in and for some reason the guy thought it was ok to rev up my engine for his buddies. I requested mobile1 oil, they told me they don't have it but can get it from advanceauto. after I got the bill it seemed high ($151.51 ). After I went home I found out they charged me $14.59 a quart for oil on top of $10.99 for labor and $10.54 for supplies.
I called advanceauto and checked the price on the oil and it was only $9.15 a quart. My car takes 8 quarts of oil so they over charged me at least $40.
I called and asked for an explanation and they had nothing to say and pretty much made clear they didn't care if I go back.
I would recommend staying clear of this company!! I had piqua tire express install new tires on my truck and after getting it back, they put the incorrectly rated tires on it. My truck manufacturer requires 60lbs of pressure in each tire. The tires that Mike put on my truck, max out at 44lbs. After talking with Mike (the owner) numerous times (which I had to contact him each time), the only thing he would do was offer me to buy new tires and he would install them for free! His employees screwed up the order, and he wanted me to pay for it! Ridiculous!! Terrible company, terrible management, they don't back up their work or the products that they sell!
