OMG, what a joke.. Employees do not know how to return a broken worn out Craftsman hand tool.. Took 25 minutes and still didn't get it done.. Clerk wrote down my drivers license info, which upset me to use later so I could leave with the new/replaced item.. I highly doubt that I'll go back...Store had many missing ceiling tiles and minimal inventory.. Store appears to be on the way out.. No great loss IMO..

They sell Craftsman tools. I hope they never shut the store down in Piqua, Ohio. It is the nearest store to me and they have a great selection in tools and tool boxes, etc..

Waited for a hour and a half for my online store pickup the worst service ever they dont care about there customers what so ever and they guy came out my wife asked a question he shrugged his head and walked away we just walked out and never did get our stuff
