Got a pretty good deal on a tablet here, added to my account, and the staffers were patient with me (old ya know) and made sure I understood what I was getting and how much it was going to cost...Good Place to add or upgrade service...try them out !!

Went inside to let them know I was thinking of leaving Verizon and going to AT&T. They absolutely don't care. I bet this place will not stay open for another year or two. Very unprofessional.

Sure, like any store, they'll attempt to up-sell, but that's just business. Learn to say no to things you don't need, and you'll be fine. Be an informed consumer.
Basically my experience was I was in there on three separate occaisions To return a phone that I had purchased from That specific store fire return was well within the fourteen business days that they allow unfortunately they refused to return on three separate occaisions even though I had all of the original packaging and the original purchasing receipt so finally on the fifteenth day I went back in to return again and the person that I was dealing with named ryan and the store manager that day was Lucas he is in the military The person that I was dealing with at the time was Ryan and unfortunately the manager (Lucas) jumped up and got extremely aggressive towards myself and my wife and my 5 year-old child that was with us calling us liars with an aggressive tone I do not recommend this verizon wireless store for any reason nor do I even feel safe taking my wife or my child back with me
