I received a call from the staff at Genelle's Flowers after my review. Once again the staff was friendly. They said they had read my review and wanted to know how they could make thing right. They sent out another arrangement of flowers--this one larger than the first...they again were beautiful flowers, but this time they lasted MUCH LONGER. Thanks to the staff for being customer service oriented and earning my repeat business.

The staff was friendly and helpful...and the flowers I ordered for Mother's Day were very pretty, BUT within just a few days they were dry and droopy (with proper care by the recipient)...flowers are too expensive for them to only last a few days...I won't be ordering here again.
