The girl at the front was very rude. The wait was too long.
I would give less then this if it were possible. Outside of being slow--my prescriptions are not being send to the pharmacy properly. Four times now I have been without two of my three medications while waiting for it to be worked out--which sometimes takes a week or more. I'm not sure what is wrong but it needs to be fixed. I cannot imagine I am the only person who cannot get refills in a timely manner, or properly sent to the pharmacy. This week I have called the clinic *and* spoken to a live body three times and as of today the refills that are needed are *not at the pharmacy* --I have been without two of my meds for three days!! I finally called the pharmacy and asked them to help. Maybe tomorrow will prove more fruitful.
Its and urgent care facility basically. The wait time is to be assumed. Don't judge it for what it isn't. There is an online tool that gives you wait times and lets you save your spot in line electronically. So that's why people "get to go before you". Don't waste your time sitting in the lobby if you don't have to. The check in computer is right up front but not easy to see (its turned sideways for a small amount of privacy I guess). The one "major" complaint I have is that they seem to be bad at giving prompt call backs (otherwise I would have given 5 stars). I left a message on the machine on Friday and then called back on my own the following Monday. I was promised a called back from that Monday call "by the end of the day" and ended up calling in again on Tuesday to be reassured they are still working the issue. I'm ok with that but if you promise a call back please do, even it it is to say "we are still working on it". If you manage to leave a message with a person your chances go up. The actual appointment was fine and I got treated as I would have expected. At my initial visit the prescription got handed off seamlessly to the pharmacy. At a subsequent call in they accidentally put my prescription in for the next day. The pharmacy was able to get it the same day but I did lose an hour because they didn't notice what was wrong till I got there.
Horrible Experience. Went, waited for over an hour, was NOT treated after being sick for over a week. The NP sneezed all over me and blew her nose for an obnoxiously long time 1 foot from me. Horrible experience, no care and a $100+ bill on top of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Avoid this mess at all cost!
Went and got there early because I had been up sick all night. Got there at 7:45 and the computer where you register said closed so I couldn’t register. At 8:10 this guy comes in and registers and proceeds to go in front of me because he was a jerk. He knew I was there early. I had no clue that the computer would register you after the pharmacy turned on the back lights which was at eight. How was I to know? It might be nice to let patients know when they can register.
