They decided to make a 1 1/2 maybe 2 hour drive to drop off a letter that is not even sealed shut. Next time mail it through the mail like a normal person. Don't waste your time with me.
I am moving so i got my final bill. Read dates are from Oct. 3 - Nov. 3 but billing date was Nov. 17!???! Final bill is $585.42 :| Current charges are $45.42 adjustments are $99.78 additional billing is $560.00..... Haven't even stayed at my place in 2 months. Lmfao, They crazier than a s**t house rat thinking I'm paying that..... Piqua sucks thru and thru.... Seeing that rat hole in my rearview is a nice feeling. Smh
City of Piqua utilities are top notch. I have had recent experience with the electric department and the water department. The staff in both departments were very friendly and did everything they could to get the problems fixed quickly. Thank you for the service you provide!
I wish I could give 0 stars. They don't work with you at all, they will just shut your power off. They don't care if it's winter time and you or your family will freeze to death or if your pipes freeze and burst. There's a law for utility companies to keep your heat on in the winter in Ohio, I guess that doesn't apply to them, they really don't care. I know im not the only one struggling with them. I paid $320, I still owe $59 they REFUSE to add the $59 to my next bill. If I don't pay they will shutoff my power/heat. They gave me a paper and said ask the Salvation Army. I don't need help from the Salvation Army, I need help from you to not shut my power off. Even the most ruthless Loan Sharks will extend your time if you pay over 90% of the bill. You can't wait till Friday when I get paid to pay the stupid $59?! No go to Salvation Army and wait for 3hrs for $25 they wont give me. (Which I've tried before). Why can't they extend shutoff dates? Why are they allowed to shutoff your power in the winter time? Even if you have gas heat it wont work without electric. Do they think I'm going to give them $320, then skip town and rip them off $59? That makes No Sense, I hate them, they truly are heartless.
Worst people ever been in my my place for just under a year only got one bill everything us has been shut offs with some bogus amount then they shut you off once I got shut off then two days later the shut off notice came. Then when I go into the office to get turned back on they give me another price then what is on my shutoff notice after telling them I never got a bill they roll there eyes and tell me to ask the post office. It's simply amazing that they can send a shutoff to my house but a bill God for bed.
