I had a deluxe Pizza at my kids birthday party in July of this year. I had a busy day so I had to order in advance I called about noon that day for a 5pm delivery and it arrived on time but I must say it one of the worst iv ever had.I don't want anything from you people I just want to let you know you've lost a customer. So I'm sorry it had to come to that but the customer service sucks. Best way to hurt a bussines is in the wallet. Thank you

Had one of the worst experience tonite- our sandwiches were delivered in a plastic bag and were barely warm. My sandwich was a Cassini and it was dry with no dressing or mayo like it was suppose to have on it. It also was dark not burnt but it was close. It will b a while before we order again. Wonder what is going on. This used to b a great place and great food
Absolutely disgusted with Cassano's as a company. I called and ordered dinner for my wife and I and when it arrived it was not what we ordered. I immediately called, I was told I had a few options to address the issue. Of course one was for me to take my pizza up to the restaurant and receive a refund (I paid for delivery), keep the order I that was incorrect and get 25% off my next order or they will remake it and re-deliver. I told the call center they need to remake our pizza and give us a discount off of our next order. The employee laughed and said "that's not going to happen" I of course asked to speak with a supervisor to only receive the same rude, lack of sympathy or any customer service. My wife is 39 weeks pregnant and hungry and now has to wait another 40 minutes for her food. Absolutely ridiculous that they are taking no responsibility for their mistake. Our household ordereds from Cassano's several times a month, this will be our last. That is not how you operate a company. If you don't take care of your customers, they won't take care of you with their money!
It's perfectly fine pizza. Nothing that wows me, a bit overpriced.
