Went to drive thru at approximately 2:45am and Bryce took care of us.. He one did not give me my receipt for my order for me to make an official complaint about his service.. He then provided to be extremely rude to me upon me asking for sour cream that I paid for. He argued with me and berated me with rude and disrespectful comments.. highly unsatisfactory customer service skills.. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager.. Extremely unprofessional!!
It seems when every i have went here they end up forgetting something or they dont cook it that great. We also always have to go back in and tell them we didnt get everything we ordered.
Was not your typical taco Bell experience but was more like a McDonald's restaurant in waiting around in Long lines both inside and out! But as far as the food goes I actually have nothing niceties to present!
I like America, and this food is like KFC. I had a dream, that one day that Taco bell will be authentic.
I just went in a got food for my friend, when I gave her, her food she was eating a crunchy taco then noticed a hair in her taco. I called and asked for the whole order to be remade which was fine. But at the window I got dirty looks they were being down right rude, when she brought the food to the window I asked for sauce she dropped the bag and continued to give me a dirty look as people in the window I could see was saying rude things. Not happy about this one bit I didn't get my sauce and I never got another receipt
