Called about aircraft exaughst being cermacoated and was given a 2 week turn around time when instructed from josh via phone and then arrived to drop off exaughst and walked in to find nobody in office mind you this was not lunch time this was 9am and a wall note instructed to call for assistance at that time there still was no answer to get help after 20min of trying to reach someone to drop off exaughst I walked around the building to find a group of workers to help me. After doing so I then was instructed by "Greg" I was told wrong that after my 1hr 35min ride to there that my exaughst was going to take 6-10weeks I asked to speak with josh and "Greg" instructed he's the production scheduler and that's how it was going to be. I went with the time frame he gave. Time came due to check after not hearing anything from AFI I called to ask about exaughst and josh said it was done there just waiting on it to be invoiced by "Julie" so this day marks 12 business working days and still no call so I call from AFI and I call to get "Julie" on the phone she proceeds to tell me the exaughst isn't done and that's why it hasn't been invoiced. I remained calm and proceeded to ask why was I given a due date by "Greg" and "josh" and asked if there normal practices are to mislead customers and string them along... "Julie" became very defensive and said for me to watch my language and I quote never was I obserd or raised my voice I stated my concerned and "Julie's" answer was "I need to watch my language". AFI is not something I would consider ever getting anything in a timely promised manner nor will they be truthful about your property. I strongly suggest checking with other refutable companies as AFI lost my business and I will post my experience at my airfield and test and tune days on the auto circuit race tracks around.
