My lettuce on my sandwich looked rotten, my fries were soggy, my daughter didn't have her apple juice I ordered and they didn't give her fries. Needless to say I didn't eat any of my order because it was quite appalling. Only 2 out of the 4 were passable. That's nonsense for $50+. Won't be returning anytime soon or have anything nice to say.
Waitress actually got in her car and left. We went to the counter ourselves to get refills. Waitress walked back in as we were paying the check. She didn't get a tip. Waiter named Gary is the only good employee they have.
Today was a very good experience, seated promptly, drink order prompt, meal order taken and delivery was right on, good hot food and complete with funds drinks to go!
I got pancakes & coffee my husband got meatloaf, glazed carrots, mashed potatoes and rolls. My pancakes were good, my coffee was cold. It took several minutes to get out waitress attention to get a new cup. My husband's food was uneadible. The meatloaf was burnt & smothered in bbq sauce, his carrots were hard and no glaze at all to them. It was like carrots straight from the bag. Our waitress did not refill our drinks. This was not a good experience. I give it 2 stars only because my pancakes were good.
Had a great time thanks to our dining company. Food was mediocre. Service was excellent. The store manager was great too. She was friendly, smiley and visible to all. As we were leaving, an above store leader was there giving direction in the lobby to a manager. We said goodbye, the manager responded but he never looked up from his paper. There is no mystery as to why the store was empty the entire 4 hours we were there. It seems the only people that are surprised, are the folks running it.
