Absolutely the best workouts I have done! I joined hoping to lose my baby weight and have lost more weight and gained more muscle than I could have imagined. I love how the trainers are there to push you to a new level. Definitely a one of a kind gym and I love it!
I have been attending classes there for over a year and it has been the best experience for me. While the classes can be challenging, they are adjusted for where your level is currently. I am feeling so much stronger, healthier, more confident, and handling stress better! I love the workouts and the trainers who are very encouraging!
Love these workouts! I never stick with a gym as long as I have with F45. It’s been 6 months and I still keep coming back. Supportive and encouraging atmosphere! Trainers are great and help you adjust any exercise to your personal fitness level.
