12/10/17 update: now that winter is here it would be nice if they learned to control the heat. We don’t need to feel like it’s summer in the gym. It’s hotter in here now then it ever was in the summer. In the summer sometimes it was cold as ice, now the heat runs full blast and it’s an oven on here. Ridicules temp for a gym to be so hot. Save your heating bill and let it be cooler.
Nice and clean but the staff could be friendlier. My first time there joining as I needed a second gym and no one bothered to show me around or explain how to use any of the black card benefits. It would be nice to see the staff out from behind the counter and interacting with the guest rather then watching security cameras.
Went to join tonight and the employees were extremely worthless. Explained to young gentlemen that I couldn't see to fill out form on ipad. He walked away and laughed. Manager just stood there texting. Other female employee just giggled. Guess what.. I saved myself $20 a month. Just moved to Piqua area and can't believe how rude these employees were. Was a member of Plant Fitness before and was never treated like this.
I use this facility all different days and different hours. Staff friendly and helpful. Its a No Judgement Zone!

I love how I can go anytime and I love all the amenities and equipment, however, I don't like how little time the fitness trainer spends with you. Made me feel rushed.
