Everyone here is amazing!! They are quick to help you with anything. They keep you motivated and I love going it has made me feel so much healthier! I recommend total fitness to everyone !!
Best decision I ever made Was choosing Total Fitness as the workout facility for my life change! The staff is incredible and very encouraging!! I love how there is a "Women's Only" section that is fully equipped! Total Fitness crew.... you all are awesome and I'm so grateful!
This is a great club,very nice and knowledgeable crew!.I have definitely learned a lot from the staff to help reach my goals. I like the different classes and programs they offer to their clients based on what their needs and goals are. Total Fitness is a clean calm environment with plenty of different equipment to choose from in which I usually don't have to wait for!
I've been working out of this gym for over 3 years and I absolutely love it. I have been to several gyms and this is the cleanest gym and friendliest staff/ members I've ever been around. Awesome training program. Women and family friendly.
